91¿ì»îÁÖ provides several tools for email, file storage, and collaboration to support communication and productivity for students, faculty, and staff. This page provides a quick overview of the tools used across campus and how to access them.
Email at 91¿ì»îÁÖ
91¿ì»îÁÖ uses Microsoft Outlook for all university email communication.
You can access your 91¿ì»îÁÖ email:
- Through My91¿ì»îÁÖ
- Through the Outlook web app
- By downloading the on iOS or Android devices
Outlook is used by students, faculty, and staff.
For account setup, password resets, or MFA information, visit the Accounts page.
OneDrive (File Storage)
OneDrive is 91¿ì»îÁÖ’s cloud-based file storage solution, included with your Microsoft account.
Using OneDrive allows you to:
- Save files securely in the cloud
- Access files from any device
- Protect your work if a device is lost or replaced
- Share files while controlling access
Saving files to OneDrive is recommended instead of storing files only on your computer.
Look for the OneDrive cloud icon in My91¿ì»îÁÖ.

Collaboration Tools
Zoom
All 91¿ì»îÁÖ users have access to a full Zoom license.
Zoom can be accessed:
- Through My91¿ì»îÁÖ
- By signing in at zoom.us using Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Enter cauonline when prompted
Microsoft Teams
MS Teams is available to all 91¿ì»îÁÖ users.
Teams can be accessed:
- Through My91¿ì»îÁÖ
- Via the Teams web app
- Through the Teams desktop or mobile app
Shared Mailboxes and Shared Drives
Faculty and staff may request access to shared mailboxes or shared drives for departmental or team use.
Access requests:
- Must be submitted by the supervisor or department lead
- Are reviewed and provisioned by OIT

Microsoft Applications (MS 365)
91¿ì»îÁÖ uses Microsoft 365 (MS 365) applications across campus, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and OneDrive. These tools are used by students, faculty, and staff for email, coursework, collaboration, and daily productivity.
University-Issued Devices
MS 365 applications are already installed on university-issued computers.
No download or additional setup is required.
Personal Devices
91¿ì»îÁÖ users may download MS 365 on personal devices using their 91¿ì»îÁÖ account. Microsoft allows users to install MS 365 on multiple personal devices.
